Reed Between the Lines ~ Let’sTalk Sex

Bwhahahaha this is hilarious! The twins are documenting any damage that already exists in the house so that they cannot blame the twins upon their return. They are doing it as if they are checking out a rental car. Lol. I mean the parents are only going on an over night trip with Alexis’ class. You would think that they were being abandoned. Lol.

So Kaci’s friend, Sheena swings by to bring a book to Kaci, and obviously Keenan has a crush on her. Keenan lets it slip that they have the house to themselves and Sheena sends a text that informs everyone that a party will be happening at the Reynolds Twins’ house. And within moments, a full blown party is on and popping. I see trouble in sight.

Carla is to help with the class trip, and apparently she is sick from the 5 day old turkey leg that she ate at the beginning of the show. While she is off in the bathroom searching for sunken treasures, the teacher asks if Alex will give the presentation instead. He gets up there and dramatizes the presentation and almost scares the children to life…lol.

Oh goodness, Kaci has been sucked out of her suedo-parent role and into a karaoke round. All of these girls are trying to fight over Keenan. Sheena sees Keenan talking to another girl and entices him to go upstairs to his bedroom to obviously play around. The cute thing about it is how clueless that Keenan was when she mentioned it. I swear, it is like the Garden of Eden all over again. Lol. I hope that Keenan remembers the episode where Alex talked to him about sex and waiting.

After a commercial break we come back to find out that nothing happened between Sheena and Keenan. He comes back downstairs and kicked everyone out of the house and the party was over. Keenan confesses with Kaci that Sheena wanted to have sex but he discovered that he didn’t want to. Yes, there are guys who do not want to have sex with a girl just because she makes it too easy for him to get. Yes, even a virgin. Yes, even a straight virgin.

The next morning everyone returns from the over night trip. Alex notices that the house is extremely clean, too clean actually. Keenan confides in his mother, somewhat. He asks his mother if there was something wrong with a guy who gets scared when a girl wants to have sex. Carla says that there is nothing wrong with a guy who isn’t ready to have sex. A guy’s first time should be special too. I think that we need to have more conversations with our sons about this.

Alex gets the twins to confess to having a party. Carla tells Alex that Keenan didn’t have sex and he didn’t have it. She haves a nervous break down with the twins having sex and she even brings Alex into her thought. Lol. But Alex talks about house he raised his mother that he did exactly what they taught him to do.

Of course when Keenan gets to school and everyone is talking about how he didn’t have sex. Kaci comes to his rescue and helps to squash it. The other girl from the party steps up and thinks that it was a good thing that he did by not having sex. I wish guys knew how real women think it is a very admirable thing to do. I know that when I was in high school I didn’t want to be with the guy who slept with everyone. Hell, I didn’t even lose my virginity until I was 20. lol. So yeh….. you did good Keenan. If I could go back in time… I would STILL be a virgin. Life is so much easier on the other side.
